Code of Conduct Breach

Any member of the Association of Wedding Planners may file a complaint against another member for a breach of the AWP Code of Conduct. Any member submitting a form confirms that he/she has made contact with the other member in an attempt to resolve the breach, and, if no resolve resulted, you followed up those conversations with consultation with the AWP President. Any form submission here should be submitted as soon as possible after the conduct breach takes place, preferably within one (1) month of the incident.
